1st Shift MIG Welder Fabricator needed for immediate hire in Green Bay!

Trillium Staffing is currently seeking a skilled MIG Welder Fabricator to add to our clients growing team!

The majority of this position involves MIG welding mild steel, stainless, and a small amount of aluminum. The selected candidate will be reading routine to complex blueprints and shop drawings to customer specification in a job shop environment along with fitting, assembly, and parts setting. TIG Aluminum experience a plus, not required. This is great organization and a very clean environment.

This is a 1st shift, temp-to-hire position. The standard 1st shift hours are Monday-Friday 5:00am - 1:30pm or 6:00 am - 2:30 pm with flexible overtime availability. The starting pay ranges based on experience level and weld test results, $25-27+ per hour.

- 3-5+ years MIG welding experience in a job shop environment, preferred
- Strong fabrication skills working with mild and stainless steel.
- Ability to read complex blueprints and shop drawings.
- TIG welding experience a huge plus,
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
